Reiki is the practice of channeling intelegent universal source energy. This energy works on a spiritual level to help bring balance into your mind, body, and spirit. In the same way water seeks its own level, reiki energy seeks to find balance. This can result in either feeling more energized or a pervasive calmness depending on your personal path towards balance. Sessions are scheduled to last ~30 minutes.
Intuitive Healings incorporate a more hands on approach to shifting and moving energy that could be keeping you from finding balance in your life. ~30 minutes per session.
Intuitive readings are best described as a soul to soul hello. A validation of where you are at in life and what current forms of energy, life lessons, or obstacles you may currently be working through. In this hour long session receive a detailed clairvoyant read on past lives, body/ spirit alignment, and a full aura reading.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST SESSION?
Everyone has their own experience with spiritual healing. This can range anywhere from feeling warmth, coolness, relaxation. Some people experience an expanded sense of spaciousness. Some may find clarity surrounding questions. Some healings may not be perceptible at all. Whatever the case is, the energy is always meeting you right where you are and supporting you in whatever ways you are most ready for.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST SESSION?
If this is your first reiki or intuitive healing session, congrats!  This can be an exciting step in your spiritual path. It is not uncommon for people to be nervous or trepidatious before their first session but there is no need to worry.  This is a healing and supportive environment and simply showing top means you're already healing.  All that is required of you to have the best experience possible is to just show up, relax however you see fit, and continue breathing.
